The Combilift company was founded by two engineers, Martin McVicar and Robert Moffett. Between them, they had more than four decades of experience in engineering when they founded the business in the year 1998 within Monaghan, Ireland. In only more than 10 years, Combilift became a leader within the worldwide long-load handling market, delivering machinery to over 50 markets all over the globe. Supported by a trusted global network of distributors which have assisted expand distribution into many markets all over the world and using their extensive experience and knowledge, Moffett and McVicar have built products which are in high demand and had sold 10,000 models by mid 2009.
